Just don’t bother, pay a little more for a decent place
Location was good
Firstly they tried to make us cancel our booking on booking.com. You don’t get wifi in the rooms. There are no windows in the rooms. There is not hot water in the rooms. The drain doesn’t work well in the shower. The toilette seat wasnt attached to the toilette. Also broken tiles in the shower that you could cut yourself on. The staff weren’t overly friendly. Just isn’t worth the money, go next door to Santa Cruz!

There's nothing boutique about this hotel.
There's nothing boutique about this hotel. It's just a run-down place that's obviously struggling to make ends meet. I would not make reservations too far ahead of time as I'm certain this place won't stay in business much longer. When it was time to pay they changed the price and told me they would lower it back down it if I canceled my booking.com reservation and paid cash, which I refused. I saw this happen again to another customer who decided to call the police and there was a big scene. The WiFi is not slow, it just doesn't work. The room was barely bigger than my bed, which was up against the wall. There are no closets or floor space to put your baggage. I had to keep mine in the corner of the bed as it was the only place I wouldn't trip over it. There is no curtain in the shower, meaning the entire bathroom gets sprayed with water when you shower. There's no place to hang your towel. There's not even a spot to put your toothbrush on the sink. There're broken tiles on shower floor. The soap holder fell to ground when I put my soap on it. And lastly, It's questionable that booking.com won't let me rate it lower than 2.5. It makes me doubt all of the other ratings for other hotels on this site. I will be using a different service going forward.

The staff was very polite and their attention was very good.
The staff was very polite and their attention was very good. The location is good, at the centre of the city, and near Getsemaní.
The room I got wasn't what I expected for the price, I would have normally paid maybe half of that price if I knew it was so small and uncomfortable. The bathroom has no door, so it's directly connected with the bedroom, and there are no windows or ventilation (apart from a good AC). In a few words, the room was extremely small for the price.
